How long does it take to receive my order?

Our products are made-to-order and typically ship within one week (business days). If the item is in stock, it may arrive sooner. Our delivery services are quick and convenient.

Please note all upcycled vintage is made-to-order for 7-8 business days and will ship out 1 week after order date, regardless of shipping request.

Do you offer limited quantities for all products?

Yes, our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain the premium quality and exclusivity that define Relive it Relove it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard payments.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Why is your clothing made-to-order?

We believe in creating high-quality pieces while minimizing waste. By producing items only when you order, we ensure exclusivity and sustainability in every design.

Do you accept custom orders?

Due to the recent influx of inquiries, custom orders are not accepted at this moment. This may change in the near future.

What happens if the product I want is sold out?

As our items are limited edition, restocks may not always be available. We recommend joining our mailing list or following us on social media for updates on new releases and restocks.

Do you ship internationally?

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers DHL.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 8 days of receipt. We do not issue refunds.

Can I request custom sizing or alterations?

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or alterations. However, our designs are carefully crafted to provide a flattering fit across a range of sizes.

How do I care for my jeans?

To preserve the quality of your denim, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and air drying. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
